I recently visited this phone shop and had a terrible experience when trying to negotiate on the price of a phone. Rather than handling the discussion politely, the staff became dismissive and rude, making me feel embarrassed for simply asking a reasonable question. Their unprofessional attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority.

Good service includes treating customers with respect, even during negotiations. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone — there are plenty of other places where you’ll be treated with courtesy and fairness.
