After a number of email exchanges, I still DID NOT get paid for my services. Wise transfer was cancelled. Then they (reportedly) did a bank transfer which my bank never received (verified). Stay away.

I have done a couple of calls and surverys with companies via Techspert and they have all gone well with quick payment. i would reccomend them if you are contacted. I have seen some reviews mentioning that the request doesnt match their expertise - there are screener questions that check if you are eligible for the call and match with what they need

I did an hour interview last month. No payment received and no responses to email messages. Stay away. Addendum: After posting this review, I was contacted by their admin and was paid on the fifth working day of the following month via Wise app.

In my opinion, don't trust this company. See why in the following:
I don't know how this company can have a Google-rating of 4.7 (as of 13.12.2023). As described by others in the reviews, I also got contacted since I'm an expert in the field (and I also got offered attractive $$$ for consultation). In my case, it was because they seek advice for a case of breast cancer. The point is that I am MATHEMATICIAN!!! (if you don't believe me, just Google my name together with mathematics).
In some comments below the company argues that these contact emails are generated by AI. I just ask myself how bad must this AI be to not being able to distinguish an Oncologist from a Mathematician. As written by others, many of the mentioned diseases are serious diseases (like breast cancer) and thus, my advice is to don't trust this company.

Currently attempting to be paid for a consultancy that I performed, but all of my emails go unanswered. I would gladly change my review, if someone responded to my inquiries and paid me for my time as agreed upon in the contract.

This is a late edit but I did receive payment and would recommend Techspert.**

The payment process is slightly more difficult for those in the U.S.

I was contacted by Techspert for a consulting opportunity, but I'd heard never heard of them. Did a little digging online and they seemed legit, so I took the opportunity. The consulting job was straightforward and appropriate for my expertise, and the payment was given within a few days of completing the job. I have no complaints and would definitely work with them again.

Based on my contact with this company they are not to be trusted as a source of medical advice. One of their Senior Associates wrote to me as follows: "I am currently supporting a client who is looking to speak with Medical Oncologists who have experience treating SCCHN, NSCLC, and Melanoma. Given your experience in this field, I thought you might be a strong candidate to participate in this project. This would take the form of an approx. 60-minute telephone call, for which we will reimburse you at a rate of 250GBP/hour. If the honorarium does not align with your usual standard rate, please let us know." Had this Senior Associate taken even a cursory glance at my academic profile then they would have seen I am a mathematical biologist, not a medical oncologist, let alone a medical oncologist with experience treating SCCHN, NSCLC, and Melanoma. If a company cannot tell the difference between a mathematical biologist and a medical oncologist then its claim to provide "precise healthcare and sciences insights" is doubtful.

I keep getting emails asking me to participate in consultations that are outside my area of expertise. Frustrating for me. Also concerning for companies employing this company for valuable market insight. Emails will be sent repeatedly for the same project.
