Well what a great bloke! Came to my house within a few hours of our phone call. Problem (1) cured with the click of a button. Problem (2) - a bit more complex cured with in about 40 minutes. He then went on to explain to me IN ENGLISH (I'm an older silver surfer) what he'd done, why and how I could get over it next time. Top man top service. Highly recommended.
