I was introduced to Travelgenix and decided to integrate their system into my website. It’s been a fantastic addition, transforming my retail site into a fully bookable platform. Any issues I’ve encountered have been resolved incredibly quickly—usually within 10 minutes of sending an email. In the beginning, when I was still getting to grips with the system, the team was always patient and happy to explain everything, whether I called or emailed. They’ve been an absolute pleasure to work with—highly responsive and supportive. A great team all around!

Dealing with Travelgenix has been an amazing experience. I met the team at an expo in Nov 2023. I was not only a newbie in the travel industry, but also a young “unserious” university student. Mr. Darren and Mr. Andy were kind enough to show me a complete demo of their platform. I was also going to carry out the travel business in a country outside the UK or EU. They were able to help me personalise the system to my local region for almost nothing. I am beyond delighted by the quality of service provided to me.

I experienced extremely subpar and unprofessional service from this company. When I questioned why I was being invoiced for a service that hadn't been approved, initiated, or set up, ultimately resulted in them terminating my contract.

Upon expressing my dissatisfaction and contemplating cancellation, I was abruptly informed that I didn't need to take the time to conisder this as they would cancel it for me.

During a conversation with Andy (Owner) I encountered a level of unprofessionalism that I would not have expected from someone in this postion. To compound matters, in our email exchange he inexplicably included an individual unrelated to my complaint. This is totally unacceptable.

I was informed that the monthly charge of £99 was not worth the inconvenience for him and he wished me well, a sentiment that left me astonished. Apparently, according to him, the other 300 clients have never encountered any issues so therefore I must be the issue

This ordeal has spanned over 5 weeks, primarily due to misinformation from a sales professional who, coincidentally, no longer works there. The entire experience has been highly unprofessional, and I unequivocally would not recommend their services.
