We have occupied an office at UBC since April 2022, and have been very impressed so far. The on-site team are wonderful and very happy to help with anything we have needed. They're very friendly, polite and efficient. We recently required that a prayer room/space be available to one of our team members and this was sorted within minutes of us having asked. My Company recently booked a Meeting Room here to undertake a day-long Meeting with UK & European colleagues. From the initial enquiry every detail was taken on board and nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel more than welcome and Laura couldnt have been any more helpful. The room itself was bright and spacious, ideal for what we needed. I would have no hesitation in returning and would look no further for future meetings in the W.Mids area

My business recently moved into UBC Birmingham in July. It's been a brilliant move for us. The team Claire, Adele and Andy have been superb since the day we moved in, supporting us every step of the way to make the move as smooth as possible.

We're delighted with our office itself and the whole building is bright, modern and spotlessly clean.

I've worked in a number of different office environments over the last 10-years but so far this one tops the list.

Great team, always polite, helpful and informative. As my colleague and I work at least 60% of the time on site, whenever deliveries from our suppliers/HQ arrive, we are notified as soon as they are received.
