Great care team at visiting angels, from the carers looking after my fathers every needs from personal care, companionship, food and medical visits. A great team at the office at all levels communicating well and arranging his care well done. At times the team going above and beyond the normal to sort things out in the home and with pets, much appreciated. I would like to personally thank ALL the carers who have supported our Mother over the past year. She has always been a fiercely independent lady, who bucked the trend as a young woman when she upped and married our Dad ! And it has been wonderful to see her accept the personal care being offered to her, tempted to add “at last!”

It’s hard to name any one carer, as all the ladies i have met treat Mother with professionalism and respect, but Lauren has made an impactful presence upon us. Especially with Mother’s recent fall. She has overcome Mother’s reluctance to be actively cared for!

Carers really pull together when confronted with a distressing situation. They are often the first on scene when clients have had an accident or incident of some kind. They are competent and caring in the way they provide their care.
