Great Service, great products, local, friendly and helpful - and at a very competitive price for high quality materials. I have just had Wise Green supply and fit 12 solar panels, inverter and battery. Full details, clearly explained were provided by project manager Grant. The attention to detail and communication from Jack and Jay who did the fitting was impressive. Wise green also fitted a heat exchanger for me five years ago - with the same high quality experience and it still works and delivers all my hot water for free! Highly recommended

We have recently had solar panels fitted by Wise Green Energy and would recommend to anyone who is thinking of having solar panels. Access to our back garden is through the house (mid terrace), not an issue! Scaffolders, roofers , installers all through the house with consideration from these wonderful tradesmen. They were all courteous, aware of their surroundings, tidy, absolutely no issues. Electricians also great, clean, happy to work around our quirky house, all very mindful.

Solar panels for me was an absolute minefield but this company makes it easy to understand what will benefit you! They come out to your property and measure up, they do the hard work. Price was also fair, admittedly not the most exciting thing to spend your money on but I now find myself looking at other peoples and can’t help but think how sleek mine look!! Overall a great service received from everyone in the company, look no further than these guys!

We have been very pleased with the service provided by Wise Green Energy from their patience with us in our lengthy decision to purchase solar panels through to the actual installation. Daniel came out to help us in understanding our options for panel choice and if/how it would impact our energy bill. His advice really felt independent and we didn't feel pressured at all -- but instead really well-informed on our choice. Once we made the decision to instal, Grant did a great job at scheduling the project and keeping us informed. It was installed very quickly at that point, and the team who did the installation were very professional and did a great job. Everyone we've dealt with at Wise Green was professional and local - two things that made it a real pleasure to have them helping us. We are already making money with the sunshine and happy we made the decision in general - and happy with the decision to go with Wise Green Energy.

What a great team of people, all experts in their own field.
Simon the managing director of this family run company spent a lot of time with me explaining how everything works, supported with diagrams and photos. No hard sell, no pressure, pure and simple explanation of the advantages of having solar panels installed.

Grant personal project manager, who kept me informed of everything relating to the installation, dates, times and who would be arriving at my door.
Daniel and Jamie, panel installers, perfectionist in all they do, a very professional team who carried out the installation to a very high standard, great at clearing up too.
Jack and Bradley, the electricians who did a very neat job of all the work required to get the system up and running, and setting up the app so I could see how it worked.
All the team arrived on date and time arranged, they very friendly and respectful of my property. It was a pleasure to have them around, they all obviously take a great pride in what they do. A job very well done.

I would highly recommend Wise Green Energy for a solar installation. The experience has been really positive throughout. Genuinely helpful staff and subcontractors. Alex our project manager was brilliant and really made us feel like they wanted the best outcome for our project.

We were visited by Simon of Wisegreen Energy in November of 2023. As the MD he was keen to get out to see the customers personally to find out what motivated them to invest in greener alternatives. Ultimately, monetary savings was essential to help justify it, but we also felt we had the capacity to invest in more sustainable options. He explained the potential savings in our investment as thoroughly as he could and spent most of the afternoon with us. Following that meeting, Grant was our point of contact as Project Manager throughout to commissioning in early January. The work was professionally completed and all the relevant paperwork was sent to us for peace of mind. In our first year, our array of 20 panels and our storage battery has seen us make significant savings. Simon was really helpful in looking at different tariffs with electricity suppliers and advised us on how to set up our system, to get the best out of it. In February 2025 we had a minor technical issue arise with our Solis inverter. Wisegreen were out to us within 24 hours of calling them to help us resolve the issue. It is fair to say there may be cheaper alternatives out there, however, you get what you pay for. Simon and the team have been brilliant from the start.

Customer service and continued support is very important to us.
