Scott couldn’t have been more helpful & supportive from start to finish. His guidance, expert advice & attention to detail delivered an extension that we couldn’t be more happy with! Scott picked up our project after an unsuccessful appeal, and helped guide us through the intricacies of the planning process. He coordinated all off the amended planning applications and submissions and has a great network of professionals that we were introduced to at the different stages of our project. He was always on hand and quick to respond and was able to calm us down when we were met with Planning Department issues.

Without Scott guiding us through our second appeal I believe we would probably have given up on our dream extension. We would not hesitate to recommend Scott in the future.

Scott was amazing. From our initial sketch to our final design the process was easy and enjoyable. Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. In simple terms, Scott knows his stuff! Scott created our plans, managed submissions and liaisons with the councils and suggested reputable builders, whom completed the build. He was also instrumental in getting the planning permission over the line.

Finding a modern local Architect is not easy, but so glad to have contacted Ellisdon Architectural Associates. Scott is very easy going, communicates well and takes care of all the planning submissions etc. He will advise what can and can’t be done and will make suggestions to overcome issues.

The drawings are of very high quality, something the planning department like and when appointing a builder.
