Could not recommend Jay enough. We have just recently used him to obtain a visit visa for my partner to accompany me to UK for some family events. He was extremely professional throughout the experience and very thorough with all the information required to obtain the visa. He was always on hand to advise with anything else we needed with regards to this visa, even if it was very challenging considering we were working on Australian and UK time zones, Jay remained positive throughout the whole process. Even when we were told by other visa agents and through our own research that we would have around 50% chance of the visa application being successful. Also the price is very reasonable considering the service that is provided, Jay handles everything needed to process applications. 10/10 will definitely use Jay again for future visa applications.
